How to replace your filter instructions - Step 1 Remove the water tank and press the button 8 times to enter filter replacement mode. Step 2 place a large glass under the spout and press the button 2 times to dispense any water remaining in the filter. Step 3 Remove the filter and replace with your new one. Step 4 now you can exit filter replacement mode by pressing the button 8 times. Note: Be sure to flush your new filter before using by running 6 full tanks of water through your new filter to remove any loose carbon. Refer to your user manual for detailed instructions.

How to flush your filter before use: Our filter is packed with activated carbon, a fine black powder that can become dislodged during initial use leaving behind black specs. Flushing your filter removes any loose carbon so you can enjoy water that looks as good as it tastes. Step 1 Fill the water tank and position the Reservoir so the spout will dispense into the sink. Step 2 Press the button 4 times to run a half tank of water through the filter, discarding it into the sink. Step 3 Repeat this cycle 5 more times to remove any remaining loose carbon granules from your water.
