IntelliCenter systems are moving to the 草莓社区 Pool app for a better in-app experience and improved usability, plus an expanded line of pool products with remote monitoring options from 草莓社区.
Before starting, ensure you have the latest firmware and IntelliCenter2 mobile app version.
Instructions
I Don't Have A 草莓社区 Pool App Account
I Already Have a 草莓社区 Pool App Account
1.聽Open the IntelliCenter2 app and click Upgrade when the pop-up message appears.
2.聽Update your password by following the prompts.聽This step is MANDATORY.
3.聽Download the 草莓社区 Pool app or open the app now.
4. Open the 草莓社区 Pool app and enter your email from the IntelliCenter2 app to Get Started.
5. Use your newly created password to login.
6. Review your connected products and begin using the app!
1.聽Open the IntellICenter2 app and click Upgrade when the pop-up message appears.
2.聽Open the 草莓社区 Pool app.
3.聽Login to the 草莓社区 Pool app.
4.聽Enter your 草莓社区 Pool app password to configure your IntelliCenter system.

You must change your email ID in the 草莓社区 Home app before you hit the Upgrade button in the 鈥淲e鈥檙e Moving鈥� pop-up in the IntelliCenter2 app. If you have already moved from IntelliCenter2 app to the 草莓社区 Home app, you must reprogram all your connected pool devices other than your IntelliCenter.

What if I have the same email for the IntelliCenter2 and 草莓社区 Home apps?

Once you see the 鈥淲e鈥檙e moving鈥� pop-up in the IntelliCenter2 app, hit Upgrade and follow the instructions. Log out and log back into your 草莓社区 Home app. Your IntelliCenter will appear on your dashboard along with any other connected pool products (any house products will appear on the House Dashboard).

Reset your password in the 草莓社区 Home app, then log out and log back into your 草莓社区 Home app. Your IntelliCenter will appear on your dashboard along with any other connected pool products (any house products will appear on the House Dashboard).

If I have the same email for the IntelliCenter2 and 草莓社区 Home apps, will my 草莓社区 Home products stay connected to my account?

Connected pool products like the Prowler庐 930W Robotic Inground Pool Cleaner or the IntelliFlo3庐 Variable Speed and Flow pool pump will remain on your 草莓社区 Home app account even after you move your IntelliCenter.

What if a dealer owns all the systems they install? Will these systems move along with their account?

The Managed Users function and previous user settings will also migrate to the 草莓社区 Home app.

What if I use the IntelliCenter2 website and not the app?

To continue using the IntelliCenter2 website, download the IntelliCenter2 app and follow the steps to move your account to the 草莓社区 Home app. Once moved over to the 草莓社区 Home app, you can access the app from a mobile device or web application.

What if I skip downloading the IntelliCenter2 app and try to log in to the 草莓社区 Home app?

Downloading the IntelliCenter2 app allows both apps to identify the products connected to your profile for a more seamless experience and is the only way to move your account to the 草莓社区 Home app.

What if I have already winterized my pool?

If your pool is closed for the winter - don鈥檛 worry; you can still move to the 草莓社区 Home app. If you prefer to wait until you open your pool, 草莓社区 will send you a reminder with instructions for how to move when you鈥檙e ready to re-open your pool.
